Dear HP Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to request assistance regarding an issue with my HP laptop screen. A few weeks ago, while traveling home on a crowded bus, I was holding my laptop bag securely against my chest when another passenger lost their balance and fell against me, making contact with the laptop.

At the time, there was no immediate visible damage. However, after a couple of weeks, the screen began to malfunction. Currently, one half of the display shows normally, while the other half appears green and distorted, making the device difficult to use.

I would like to know:

* Whether this issue is repairable
* The estimated cost of repair or screen replacement
* If this type of damage is covered under warranty (if applicable)
* The steps I should take to have the device inspected or repaired

Please let me know what information you need from me (such as the serial number, model, or proof of purchase) to proceed.
