Bought this laptop a month ago and now I have a dead or stuck pixel I don't know the difference. What can I do to fix this problem? I've tried dead pixel tests via YouTube but nothing has worked 😞

@FARDEEN1, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Connect an external monitor to check if the dead/stuck pixel appears on it as well, if it doesn't, this is indeed a dead pixel if not, it's an issue with the graphics card, updating it and the bios should resolve the issue.

If it is a dead pixel, check the HP pixel policy https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00035844 and get back to us with the details.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
