Hello,
I have bought a HP 15 BA021AX model laptop recently beliveing this is good for gaming. When i checked on Monitor options in device manager it is not showing the dedicated graphic card. And , When i check adapter properties it is showing dedicated memory as 512MB of graphic memory and total memory as 2287MB but when i bought the laptop i believed it has 2GB dedicated graphic card. I am all confused. Please explain this.

Superb description and stupendous diagnosis of the issue before posting. Kudos to you for that. :). It is greatly appreciated. 🙂
For me to assist you with accurately I would require more information regarding this.
- Did you check the product specs of the printer from the support site?
- Did you try to use switchable graphics?
- The product specs link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-15-ba000-notebook-pc-series/10862317/model/12732740/document... is very clear. It has 2GB of DDR3 graphics card.
- Please use this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03048374 to understand dynamic and fixed graphics and switchable graphics. Then configure it accordingly.
