Hi all
I have a display issue I was not able to solve.
Some of my pictures are degraded as well as some pictures in the net .
I downloaded to windows 10 and got the same issue.
When I open pictures in another computer I do not have the issue .
When I make a screenshot I do not have the issue as well .
I took pictures with my mobile and circle the issues .
Is someone has an idea ?
I checked all drivers they are ok
Thx for your support

Hi
After discussing with HP support I found the solution
1) came back to Windows 10
2) reinstall BIOS ( not sure it is necessary )
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp134001-134500/sp134313.exe
3) reinstall graphichs driver Ghrapics (not sure it is necessary )
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp113001-113500/sp113012.exe
restart the unit after each installation
After these 2 steps the issue was persisting
Last step I install last HP Display control 4.7.88.0 RevA
issue solved !
