I do all steps but my issue not resolved

When i press power on key then keyboard backlit turns on capslock & numlock blinks 5 times then screen appears

(1) Power off computer

(2Disconnect charger

(3Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds

(4Connect charger

(5) Follow the HP standard procedure

Am completed all steps but same error

Thus, the problem still exists as you wrote at the beginning ...

 

--- Solution A) ---

 

In your case: Service is required !
- The computer should be disassembled and checked.
- [Always recommended] Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed
- [Always recommended] The function of the fan(s) must be checked

Short circuit test 

- ( if required ) Bios (chip) desolder, reflash, Bios (chip) solder in

- charger/battery test

- Components test

- General cleaning ...

 

HP warranty valid -> Contact HP Support

 

HP warranty expired:

If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.

Buy a used/new notebook
