Even though I am calling since Saturday dated 1st of June , the team is unable to provide me a suitable quotation . The next if you call upon support you will receive another false commitment that your thing will take another 24-48 hrs to process it is with the concern team , if the after service is this real then I guess trust me this is the last time I am using a hp product in my life , you have the worst after service and n number of false commitment , and even for a failure design for HP envy screen the customer is suppose to pay for it , I guess it is the worst laptop anyone can buy and all thanks to HP for such level of fooling its customer . Past 5 days I am feeling like harassment and a level of regret why do I buy a laptop from Hp big time shame .
heights is they are not able to get my case as priority because since 5 days the team was busy says one of the customer care executive, I hope this is how the company works and trust me this is really shameful to treat customers this ways .

Unfortunately, there are no further actions we can take through this channel. I recommend reaching out to our phone support for further assistance.
1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial number of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
