Hi,

 

Unsure how to delete all photos on laptop, when I try push the delete button it says the following.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

(1) Restart Windows

(2) Do not launch any application, especially image editing / viewer.

(3) Try to delete photos
