Where do I find my device manager? I have looked everywhere and cannot find it. I am having trouble connecting to Bluetooth and it says to open my device manager and make sure it is supported but I don't know where it is. HELP!!

Welcome to our HP Community Forum!
One possibility is that your Windows may be corrupt.
Not to worry, this can be fixed.
Let's try these steps first to see if they work:
Type: cmd in your Windows search bar.
Then right-click on the Command Prompt App and then left-click on the "Run as administrator".
You may have to click on "OK" or "Yes" to continue.
Then copy/paste/enter these commands one at a time (hit enter after each):
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
These commands will check/fix any integrity violations.
Restart your system.
If the problem persists, try performing a repair upgrade: How to: Perform a Repair Upgrade Using the Windows 11 or Windows 10 - Microsoft Community.
Hope this will fix your issue!
Kind Regards,
