Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since I installed a new AMD graphics driver through windows update on Oct 17:

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - Display - 31.0.12026.3004.

The following error showed up

Device PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_1681&SUBSYS_8990103C&REV_D4\4&33381bd1&0&0041 had a problem starting. Meanwhile, the AMD Radeon Software will not be opened anymore because it becomes incompatible with the installed graphics driver.

I tried to roll back the original driver, but the error still exists.

However, the system says the device is working properly and I didn't notice anything wrong with the laptop.

Should I just ignore the error or re-install the system again?

Thanks.
