Different model number screen replacement?

I need to replace the screen on my 13-4126na laptop. However the only possible replacement screen is for the 13-4129na laptop, which is basically the upgrading version of my laptop (better resolution etc). Does anyone know if this part will work with my laptop?

I see you need help in upgrading the SSD, on HP Spectre x360 - 13-4126na notebook. Don't worry as I have a few suggestions which should help you.

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have 33.8 cm (13.3") diagonal FHD IPS LED-backlit touch screen (1920 x 1080) installed on the PC.
