Hi Team,
I bought a new HP Pavilion x360 touch screen laptop and received a digital pen with the same, which was working awesome until the last Bios update got installed from HP support assistent.
now when I restart my laptop I am getting error messages saying found unsupported device, please be noted that I am a teacher and pen is very important for me to explain my lecture to the class.
Looking for your help, unfortuniatly my warrenty got expire within a year and now I only have this forum to seek help.
Thanks in advance.

Two pens supported for this series / model:
HP Tilt Pen 2MY21AA
HP Pen 1MR94AA
The "Pen Control" option might indicate you have the HP Pen - 1MR94AA
Assuming that is the case...
Pen Control is from the Windows Store - it's not a "driver" of the type you would install from the Software and Drivers, for example.
For those reading - location of Pen Control
Support Home > Software and Drivers
Category Driver-Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices
HP Pen Control > Open the "Learn More" link
I would guess the first thing you did was to check / remove / reload the Pen Control from the Windows Store.
What else?
It is perhaps odd that the BIOS was just updated.
At this writing, the most recent update for the BIOS is several months old.
Current BIOS
HP Pavilion 14-cd0000 x360 - HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors)
What version of the OS and the BIOS are you now running?
Check Current BIOS version
Control Panel > icon view > Administrative Tools > System Information
System Summary
Check the information next to BIOS Version / Date
And
Check the information next to Version
And
Check the information next to OS Name
What to do?
If you have not done so and regardless of all else:
Remove the HP Pen Application (uninstall from Apps and Features) and reload the app
Restart everything, including your router
Check for Windows Updates and run Updates if offered the opportunity to add new update(s)
What Else?
Suggested:
- Report back the OS Name, OS Version, and BIOS Version / Date
- Clarify which exactly which HP Pen you are using (HP Pen or HP Tilt Pen)
- Indicate what you have already tried - duplicating what you have already done is not useful to either of us
- Check the HPSA logs / history and indicate which (if any) other drivers have been recently updated
