Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I purchased my HP Envy laptop new a few months ago. I love it, but in the middle of working on a project where I was using the digital pen, it just stopped working. I can navigate the screen via touch, but the pen does not responds at all. I checked to make sure all the updates were current and tried to check the firmware for the pen. Nothing I tried has worked. I bought new batteries and that doesn't seem to be the problem either.
