Digitizer Needed

I have determined I need a new Digitizer and am unable to identify the correct part number or to find where to purchase the Digitizer. Please advise of correct part number for my Digitizer and where I may purchase the Digitizer. I do not need the LCD. Detail is listed below.

The problem is digitiser is not spared separately by HP anywhere.

Excellent reply and feedback. It seems the correct Digitizer Part Number is 774603-001. Thank You! However, I'm still having a problem finding the correct Digitizer TYPE. In the following link, I need a TYPE 1 Digitizer which seems uncommon and unable to find. I think you can contact the Newegg seller directly from the above link to ship type 1, they might be having it their stock.

VERY HELPFUL REPLIES! NEWEGG DID NOT HAVE THE PART BUT I WAS ABLE TO SOURCE THRU AMAZON. IT IS THE ONLY ONE I COULD FIND AND APPEARS TO BE ON A SLOW BOAT FROM CHINA.  HOPEFULLY IT WILL WORK.THANK YOU!
