Hello everyone!

I would like to know where can I find a good LCD digitizer for my hp laptop, that unfortunately cracked.

Do you recommend buying a complete new recent laptop or would it be better to fix the current one I have? Thanks

@Darko21 Welcome to HP Forums Community!

Getting a new computer versus repairing the one you have, that's your call as depending on part availability on old parts could be expensive via the manufacturer but cheaper elsewhere (although elsewhere there wouldn't be a guarantee of being genuine), you will need the universal part numbers to order genuine HP Parts to ensure the quality is good, and you can find the same on the HP PARTS SURFER, once you have the numbers in your possession, you can either order them on HP PARTS STORE or if unavailable, simply google the part number and order them on any local online store such as Amazon, eBay, etc...

Alternatively, I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options:

follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, is yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,

I hope that answers your query,

If it did, simply select "Accept as solution", to help the community grow,

Have a great day ahead.
