HP  Laptop 15 da0014ne

When I press the power button, I can see a dim HP logo then the screen becomes black. Few seconds later I can see the dim HP logo again. I have seen some YouTube video where they said to remove RAM, battery  then put them back again. I have tried those but did not work. I couldn't check the keyboard connections as it is tough for me to check that deep, I'm not so experienced. I am sure it is a hardware problem but not sure where to check. The LCD display is fine, no problem in there.

I also have a battery issue. My laptop worked fine with the battery issue.

My problem has been solved in a different way.

The problem was that nothing could be seen on the monitor while the laptop started normally. As if it seemed to us that the laptop is broken, not starting at all. Looking carefully at the monitor, I could see the HP logo ( almost black) while starting.

I took my laptop to a repair shop. They found out with the help of some testing tools that the diode at the display connection on the motherboard was shorted. So they changed it. Now it is working fine.

I think, may be, this happened because I was not careful enough while cleaning the dust from the devices.
