Hi all,
I am trying to play a game on my laptop, but if I'm holding down a key then the touchpad doesn't work. I am using all the latest drivers form the HP site and there does not seem to be a way of disabling it
I have found that setting all PalmKMS* keys in the registry Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Synaptics\SynTP\Defaults helps a little but if i hold a key for more than around 1.5 seconds then the touch pad dies again.
AAPThreshold in Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PrecisionTouchPad is already set to 0 by default
clicking Settings in the attached screenshot directs me to the windows touchpad settings, which is mostly concerned with gestures
