I am having the problem r.  There is no check box available under the touch pad additional settings. The pinch zoom and scrolling seem to be ultra sensitive and makes for a frustrating experience.

  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?

  • What is the operating system?

Resolved seached synaptics in the windows seach and got to the options. 

 

It is not in the Standard place though where everyone else described.
