Hi

I have received a new docking station, but I am having some trouble connecting my monitor to it.

the driver:

And this is my problem:

The docking station working excellent in my second leptop:

so the docking station is fine.

The specs of your machine is

It ONLY has 1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C™ (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate) port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine,
  • Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter

If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only), you can use


    Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,

    Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                  USB to HDMI Adapter

If i connect USB-A to HDMI adapter like this:
