When using my HP Envy x360 a few nights ago, both hinges that connect the screen to the computer popped out. The screen still folds and unfolds but doesn't stay open and seems very fragile. This computer was bought in November 2021 and has not been mistreated in any way. It seems like others in the community have experienced a similar issue, and I'm wondering what steps I need to take to fix this issue. I tried taking it to Best Buy Geek Squad repair, but after sending it to their repair center, it was sent back because they couldn't source the appropriate parts. HP, how can I get this fixed?
