Display Issue

I've got here a 2-year-old HP Pavilion 15 (2 in 1) laptop. It never got any physical damage but, the lower left bezel got worn out due to opening and closing. The plastic bezel got broken eventually and I ignored it because there is no issue in folding the laptop. After 2 months, it started flickering. I suspect it's the physical damage and I tried reinstalling display drivers. 

Is there any way to stop the flickering or do I need to change the display?
