I just unboxed my brand new laptop (HP 14s cs3010TU). Right from the beginning, there is a vertical white dotted line running vertically down my laptop screen. There is a distinct difference in the screen brightness as well between the areas that this line divides the screen into. Is this a software or hardware issue? Have already installed the latest Windows updates.
