Hello All,
So I connected my laptop to both displays via HDMI and the both worked one at a time. I currently have Monitor 1 connected through the dock via hdmi working properly. I had Monitor 2 connected through via display port but I could not get a picture when it was the only monitor connected or with both. I installed new drivers on the dock and pc is updated. I checked the USB-C port which does support Display Port Alt but I still cannot seem to get a picture when connecting through the display port.
Let me know if you have any recommendations whether its settings or hardware/adapters.
Thanks!

What is your machine ? Not all USB-C ports are the same. USB-C port on your machine may NOT be compatible with your dock.
Regards.
