HP Recommended

Laptop is Elitebook 8460p Newly installed 16 gb ram but after that windows went to black screen after too many trials , i found that when disabling the display adapter things go back to normal

Why back to normal after disabling it , even i update the driver then goes back black screen again and when deleting the driver back to normal again ?

Display port is no more working however if the driver is enabled the display port works , if there anyway to make display port works again without enable the driver?
