Hello,
I have this display problem since I have bought this laptop. When I turned on laptop I have this screen. I checked to connect another monitor and I have perfectly normal screen. How can I fix it? Is it happening because of data cable or it needs to change lcd screen or because of hardware issues?

Hardware problem- contact HP here:
Once you select an issue from the dropdown- the "Continue to contact HP" button turns blue and is active. It would be best to run Diagnostics first and get an error code. You can download the tool and run it from there-or run Diagnostics first by tapping F2 key immediately after powering on.
