Product: HP Pavilion dv5-1215ee Entertainment Notebook PC

Hi
Its an Old HP Pavilion dv5 1215ee, When I play videos with More white content Videos or any White content Applications or White background the display start s Flickering, But the Backlight is still on and display goes on black and gets flicker.

I just run some time in BIOS, no problem at all and start with safe mode with networking, There is no Flicker. 

I tried HDMI & VGA with my TV and there is no problem at all. Tried some 1080p movies and graphics animation and the GPU is Nvidia GeForce 9200m GS and the temp is 52degree Celsius.

And display has blue line from left to about 5cm and its just black lines and the display orientation is just vertically down and the start button is half gone down on the screen
