HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-bp1xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

I have bought my new laptop HP Envy X360 no more that a monthago and I find a stuck/dead pixel in the left high portion of the screen. It is visible on a black screen.

Because I have ask for the sostitution from Amazon, but the sostituted order has anyway a different problem, and is not perfect, I would to know if I can ask for a replacement of the display from HP itself.

How can I ask for the warranty intervention?

Thank you.

Kind regards.

I beileve this (click) is still HP's display panel defect policy for notebook computers. If that is the active policy, then a single bright stuck pixel will not qualify for warranty replacement - you need two bright pixels within 25mm of each other or a total of at least 9 dead pixels.
