HP ENVY Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this laptop and after i opened the box i went for a video to see the display features. Then i noticed that there are White Spots\Screen Bleeding at the edges of the screen.I returned the laptop to dealer and he told me this was not a fault or defect and he was not going to change it.They simply do not accept that this is an acceptable condition to replace the laptop. He agrees that this happens to many products and he knew this was the issue in his many products but refused to return it.I need advice...

Thanks in advance...3.jpg

I understand that out of the box the display you have white spots on the display. Thinking it was a defect, you tried to return it to the store, but they would not replace it. The dealer agrees this happens with many products but that it was not a reason to have it replaced.Have you done all the Windows updates? Have you run the Windows troubleshooter?

Thank you for your consideration. I just figured out that my computer screen is in fact IPS Screen and this light is called IPS Glow that is aparently common for this technology.
