Display blinks randomly after windows 11 update

Displays started to blink to black screen, after a Windows 11 update, every few seconds..

Display driver is version 26.10.100.7926, Date for driver 25-02-2020.

Where can I download a newer version on HP support?

Let me check your current system configuration.

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:

OS Name
Version
System Model
System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )
Processor
BIOS Version/Date

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Display adapters>

--->>> Send screenshot

Unfortunately, I cannot find a suitable driver at <HP Software and drivers> at the moment...

Try:

Intel Driver & Support Assistant (Intel DSA)

*** SOLVED ***

Intel DSA found a newer driver: 19-07-2022 31.0.101.2111.

At first the download button was greyed out, you have to scroll down after some text and then accept.

The display driver was then installed, I made a clean install.

Now the screen worked OK without blinking.

But Windows Update then reinstalled the same driver from 2020, as this must be the only HP display driver for this laptop.

The screen is working OK now.

Some display driver files must have been corrupted after an earlier Windows Update....
