Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

From past few days, I notice my display blinks randonly. Sometimes it blinks so much that, the entire screen gets blurred up.

Is this related to lifespan of display or due to battery performance (it is not performing well and it's so bad that I can't work even for 30 min without power cable) ? Anyone any thoughts why is it so ?

Note: Also a point to bring to notice that, my screen has couple of black spots.

Thanks in advance
