Product: HP ProBook 430 G8 Notebook PC (2V656AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
I have a HP ProBook 430 G8 Notebook connected to a i-tec docking station (C31HDMIDPDOCKPD100UK, https://i-tec.pro/en/produkt/c31hdmidpdockpd100-2/) via a USB-C cable. I have 2 HP monitors connected to the dock, one with a HDMI cable and the other with a Display port cable.
When connecting the dock to the laptop I get the message "Display connection might be limited". I've checked for laptop updates, updated the firmware on the dock, changed cables and now I'm stuck on what else to do. Can you advise?
Thanks,
Brian
