HP ENVY x360 13 - ar0062nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased my notebook from store.hp.com in June 2019. However, I only received it the day I was flying out of the US. On reaching my destination is when I actually got to use my notebook and saw that the display was falling out of the back cover on the left side (more like being pulled out because of the magnets on the notebook's base).

Fearing that it was a manufacturing defect, I immediately contacted HP India about it. Once they validated my product's warranty, they replaced the display for me (although it took over 2 months for the whole process!) only for it to happen all over again the very next day!

Now the issue is that the model that retails in India is slightly different than the one that I own and the engineers at HP are at their wit's end as to what the problem is. Since the same problem appeared the very next day after replacing the part, I wonder if it is actually a manufacturing defect or a flaw in the very design of the product itself.

I would be glad if anyone from HP or anyone who owns a HP ENVY x360 13 - ar0062nr could help me out in this regard.

PS: I've also noticed that there is a gap in the middle of the laptop when it is closed (between the display and the touchpad area).

I've attached photos and videos for a better understanding of the issue.
