Display flickering on HP pavilion touch screen

I have a HP pavilion touch screen laptop, display is flickering on mouse movements. It suddenly turns into black screen and after few seconds back to normal. This happens frequently, any idea how to resolve this? Thanks for your help.

Let me check your current system configuration.

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/paste following key/value pairs:

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

BIOS Version/Date

(2) Start Windows <device manager>

- Expand <Mice and other pointing devices>

- Expand <Human Interface Devices>

- Expand <Display adapters>

- Expand <Monitors>

(3) Please report your results

You are using Windows 11 on [HP Pavilion - 15t-cs300 CTO] that is not fully tested and certified by <HP>. If you contact HP support, it is very likely that you will have to downgrade to Windows 10. Either it is a technical problem or a driver problem.

I will downgrade and see, this is the OS that came from HP bought in thanksgiving sale 2020.
