Product: hp elitebook 840 g5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Hp elitebook 840 g5 is working fine, but recently this problem arouse, that sometimes when I turn on the laptop, its display/screen starts to sort of vibrate/flickers (display moves up and down while being blurred ) for a while for 3-4 minutes. And gets fine afterwards. What could be causing this issue and how to solve this?
