I finally resolved the problem Steps i did :

1> Pressed windows+X type eventvwr which opens windows log window

2> Switched to windows logs > applications where i got see where the problem really lied my problem was related to Intel UHD GRAPHICS showing some error named : the desktop window manager process has exited. (process exit code: 0x0000042b, restart count: 1, primary display device id: intel(r) uhd graphics)

3> This was happening mainly due to my intel uhd graphics drivers were outdated so i went to their website and downloaded the latest drivers then while installing them i made sure clean installation option is ticked so that all default settings will be restored of the GPU (this is important).

4>Your problem will be solved with this method if it is due to intel uhd graphics & try this method also for other GPUs.

  1. Go to Settings > Windows Update > Update History > Uninstall updates.

  2. Select the recently installed update and uninstall it.

  3. Restart your laptop.
Note: This only works if the update was installed within the last 10 days.
