Display image shrinks by mistake when using mouse pad incorrectly. Can't correct.

Need help correcting image that shrunk due to mistaken sweep on mouse pad.  Seems to be caused by pressing lower left corner, sweeping down toward left from middle of pad.  However, I cannot undo nor can I duplicate this action on purpose.  Always accidental, and now several sites are unusable because the images are too small to read.

Read text in instruction manual for notebook and cannot find any instructions for controlling full screen image.

Please try the following simple action

• Hold down Ctrl key,
• Hit plus sign (+) few times.
