Spectre X360 13-ap033dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, something changed recently on my HP Spectre x360 13-ap033dx that causes the display to not be clear unless you are looking at it straight on and even then I would not call the colors vibrant. If you try to look at it at any kind of angle, the screen appears to be white and faded. I have checked and I am using the recommended screen resolution. I have the latest driver. The brightness is set correctly and I have looked at the color management settings and it all looks like it is set correctly. It worked perfectly fine until about 5 days ago. Any suggestions of anything else I can try to correct it? Thanks.

Updating the BIOS did the trick. Thank you so much! I was really thinking it was going to be a bad display and wasn't looking forward to shipping the computer back for repairs. Thanks for answering my question.

Hello,

I am now having the same issue again. I will update the BIOS and hopefully it will solve it again. Why would this be happening?

Thanks
