My computer decided to change the monitors resolution when I closed the laptop feature to just use my two monitors. It won't change back. I have tried to reset the resolution back to 1980x1020 (I think that's it). The laptop screen has maintained the proper resolution, but the two monitors don't give me the option to change them back to recommended setting. It has been factory reset even. Any suggestions? I need to be able to use the two monitors with out the icons blurry and huge. It is currently at a repair facility, so I don't have it to know the product name. It's a newer laptop. (1year)
