i have bought a chrome book from Curry’s and after 2 months the display stops working, they were unable to do anything for me. I have had 2 technicians look into it and have found
I have the HP x360 12 Chromebook. The display is not working. I can use a monitor, and I can sound so I know it is the display and not the laptop.
There is the smallest amount of light that dims from the display when the laptop is turned off. Is there anything hp can do as it is their product and my provider I’ve bought it from has not helped at all
