(1) Do you have the same error pattern if you connect an external monitor via vga/hdmi ?

Yes = GPU (graphics processing unit) error

No = Continue with (2),(3)

(2) To me, it looks more like a defect in the display matrix

OR

Display connector that is not 100% seated is possibly the cause, but some wires of the display cable could also be broken.

(3) Check display cable and screen

See Page 59 Component replacement procedures

2.i checked the cable and it is connected properly

3.it might be a screen issue..if this is the issue can i replace it with non touch screen..?

Checking does not mean whether the display connector is seated, it should also be checked whether the wires of the display cable are broken.

>3:

yes, you have to change the screen in any case.

I have already written you all the information ( HP parts )

You will need a multimeter and a magnifying glass, if you have never done this before I would advise against it because if you use it incorrectly you can break more.

===>>> Buy a new <display cable> see HP Partsurfer:

Display cable: HP spare part number is 856357-001
