Could you describe the issue you're experiencing with your HP laptop display? For example:

  • Is the screen completely black or flickering?
  • Are there lines, color distortions, or dim areas?
  • Does the issue occur during startup or only in Windows?
  • Have you connected it to an external monitor to test?

The more details you can provide, the better I can help troubleshoot it with you.
