HP Notebook - 15-db1069au
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop screen is filled with green and pink lines. These all lines mainly originated from a single horizontal line which is 1cm below the the top end of the display. Please help me out this issue.

See if you can identify which category your problem falls in. 

Different types of screen problems shown using google images

Card problems show artifacts
Display problems due to backlight failures
General display problem: monitor or GPU
Flickering indicate the driver needs to be updated.

Problems caused by room lighting

Glare is reflections of items: 10 ways to reduce glare
Adaptive lighting problems: brightness auto adjust not working
1 - turn off or on auto adjust
2 - For external monitor try the On Screen Display menu.

 

Does the problem go away if you connect the notebook to an external monitor or TV?
