Spectre 360-15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Display is smeared & gets lighter as it nears the top - other windows can "read through" at top; mouse cursor has white vertical line above to top of screen, black below to bottom of screen; white gradually increases from about 1/3 up to top. Boot "timer icon" (rotating bright white on blue screen) has vertical white lines.

When screen locks, will occasionally lose all vertical control but screen is vaguely readable (can tell that picture and instructions are there. External monitor is fine, whether extended or duplicated.

@tsl

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the display on your computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, the boot to BIOS by tapping the F10 key as soon as you press the power button and check whether you are able to duplicate the issue in the BIOS screen.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
