Since yesterday display was good. From today, monitor display is showing so many colours. Tried shutdown and power on. Still the same.

Hello @Sumesh0411

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...

Do you have the same picture error on a connected external monitor (vga/hdmi)?

Please report your results

I don't have provisions to connect to external monitor now.

Is there any other way to check the same?

Or any other solutions that I can try?

Thanks in advance.

Hello @Sumesh0411

Since the notebook is constantly opened and closed, the internal display cable moves. This cable, or rather the connector at the end of the display, can sometimes come loose and lead to such color effects. Unfortunately, this requires disassembling the display to check and repair it.

In your case: Service is required !
- The computer should be disassembled and checked.
- [recommended] Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed
- [recommended] The function of the fan(s) must be checked

- Check/repaire/replace internal display cable ( in most cases )

- Check screen

- General cleaning ...

If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.

Please report your results
