Since the notebook is constantly opened and closed, the internal display cable moves. This cable, or rather the connector at the end of the display, can sometimes come loose and lead to such color effects. Unfortunately, this requires disassembling the display to check and repair it.
In your case: Service is required ! - The computer should be disassembled and checked. - [recommended] Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed - [recommended] The function of the fan(s) must be checked
- Check/repaire/replace internal display cable ( in most cases )
- Check screen
- General cleaning ...
If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.
