Product: HP EliteBook 860 16 inch G10 Notebook PC (6V8W4AV)
Laptop bought on 26.09.2024 from Flax Computers Romania. After three weeks, the problem appeared on the display, the attached photo "first". After sending it for service, the screen still has problems, the "second" picture is attached. Sent again for service, returned after repair, the screen shows the same problems as in the "second" picture. I tried to send it in for service again, but the people from Flax Computers said that there was no point in sending it in, because from their point of view, the problem was solved. I contacted HP Support Romania and told them about the problems. The only solution they indicated was to send the laptop back to service for repair, although Flax Computers is not authorized by HP for service. But the people from Flax Computers said not to send it for service because the problem is solved. I wrote this message in the HP community because I don't know where to start so I don't end up with a newly bought laptop with a defective display.
