Product: Envy x360 13-aq0005n (6HZ01EA#ABD)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a simple question concerning the Envy x360 model mentioned above.

Some retailers list this model (and some others) as having a screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, which is quite unusual since this is mostly reserved for gaming laptops and some retailers don't list this feature, HP's own online shop included. I hope to find a definite answer here.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have  HP Sure View Integrated Privacy Screen 33.8 cm (13.3") diagonal FHD IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080) installed on the PC. 
The display offers an excellent brightness at 675 cd/m², but it also offers 120 Hz.
