HP Notebook - 14s-cr2000tu

So I went to the authorised HP seller at Dadar, Mumbai to get my laptop display changed since there’s horizontal and vertical lines coming on it. He said they HP does not manufacture displays and hence original cannot be used…. However, I have been informed that Samsung and LG produce displays that are used for HP laptops by my local repair shop who deals with laptops. And the HP shop manager says that it’s the case only with high end models. He is putting screen from labtech or labcare for me. He already put one when I went to check it today, it looks so bad, the colours are not visible and it has a blue tint all over. The service engineer said he will change it to glossy finish again tomorrow and the manager said the issue will be resolved…. I am feeling I’m being looted and charged for “original” and been given a local display. Could anyone assist me if possible, that does any company such as LG or Samsung make displays for my laptop? My model is 14s CR2000TU
