I have the same issue, can't figure out how to solve it (HP 15-dw0015nl, bought 2 months ago).

I can't be productive and I can't rely on my PC. It's frustrating thinking that at any given moment I can lose my work and waste a lot of time troubleshooting this issue.

I contacted HP via Whatsapp, it was a complete failure.

They told me to follow a standard procedure ( reboot, reinstall windows, reinstall drivers. uefi check, etc...), but nothing worked. After I told them that the problem it's still unresolved, they disappeared and never answered me again!

I wish I've never bought this laptop and it's my last HP product for sure. I'll be sure that it's the last HP product also for my friends and at work.

So so disappointed!

there is a software called  windows diagnostic  software. it shows your pcs hard were and software health. it may be pre installed  or you can download it from http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98501-99000/sp98602.exe

If your system is only 2 months old, I would ask for a replacement under warranty.

I think you can find the solution at the link given below
