- I have ordered a laptop from Flipkart and I faced an issue that they delivered a product which has a warranty period of 2months and the screen was not working according to the terms I wanted a replacement but they delayed for so more than 2 months now they told us that hp will solve this issue since the seler won't take back and if we ant the Flipkart to take refund me i need denial or job letter from hp . I need help seriously I am with this defective laptop from hp even I contacted hp that time but still they didn't help either( sn# ) this is my laptops serial number
