Hello community... The laptop was purchased new Oct. 2023, last month I noticed a glitch in the display while watching movies on the Amazon site using the Microsoft browser. I tried using Chrome but it's affecting that too, just not as often. It doesn't seem to affect the Prime app.
Now, I've disabled the hardware accelerator and the other HDR stuff, unplugged the HDMI from the 65-inch TLC television that was purchased new earlier in the year. The drivers are current, and I think I've done everything in my troubleshooting.
It only happens during movies. can't say I've noticed it in YouTube, but I use the app. I turned off all the Wi-Fi in the house. Now this doesn't happen when I use the apps built into the Telly and as you see, the problem is in my laptop.
Homeboy at Geek Squad thinks it a driver error. I have yet to purchase a new HDMI cable, I'm going to do that tomorrow and maybe get a new modem?
So anyways... have you seen this before?
