Since Last Update of end of may 2024 (windows 11 64 bits - 23H2).
The USB-C display is not working anymore. (it worked perfectly before)
I am using Philips monitor (including dockin) and Huion Tablet. None of them is displaying anymore
I tried to rollback latest drivers associated to thunderbolt but it didn't change anything.
In the bios, I have several messages (translated from french) :
- USB verification fails ID : 94WC3A-APKC56-MFGH5G-8D4L03, Product ID : 313P3EA
- In the USB test section : Thunderbold peripherial are not managed. The USB Type C port on the graphic cardboard is not managed.
I have checked that the USB-C cable is ok for monitor display
I tried to detect manually the monitor in the windows configuration and it didn't detect the device.
I have tried on other monitor and it didn't detect anything with USB-C.
The mouse is connected to the monitor. I can use the mouse on the 2nd USB-C but not on the thunderbolt.
The laptop is charging correctly on both USB-C.
